A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on merchandise returned within 30 days of your invoice. The items must be unused; items which are returned worn or used will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please call for a RMA # and it must be clearly marked on the box.
If you receive a product that does not work or is broken, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost to the customer. A return label will be emailed. After 10 days, returns will be handled on an individual basis.
Once your order has been processed, orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Payments made with a credit card that exceeds $1,500 will be charged a surcharge of 3%. To avoid this surcharge, please call for further information.

All checks will have a 10 day waiting period before product is sent.
